First we advise you that devices are due to be replaced in good time, so you can confirm or modify your plans.Shortly before it is due, we agree a collection date.

2. EQUIPMENT COLLECTION

Optionally, we will pack the devices before we take them to our certified refurbishing centre.

3. DATA DESTRUCTION

Once they enter the refurbishing process, we securely erase all data, and provide a data destruction audit trail. Our data destruction processes are ISO27001 certified: compliant with the international data security standard.

4. CLEANING

We clean the equipment, carry out minor repairs, and grade it before we put it on sale.

5. RESELL

Our  partners resell the used equipment mostly in Europe, in countries with effective e-waste regulations to ensure they are eventually responsibly recycled.
